Eberhard Anheuser, was the founder of E.Anheuser Brewing Company, and his great grandson, Fred, owned this beautiful estate in Kimmswick. Today, visitors can tour Anheuser Museum & Estates. It's just a short 25 mile drive away from St. Louis, so you'd even have time to tour the Anheuser Busch Brewery.

Each year, they host two of the best festivals in Missouri; the Strawberry Festival in the summer and Apple Butter Festival in the fall. Both of them draw thousands of visitors each year. Not bad, for a town just under 200 people.
