In Kansas City, there’s plenty of places where you can tour the area and experience local foods and activities. Of course, many of us are familiar with our local wine tours. However, this town near Kansas City is hosting a tour all about our favorite guilty pleasure: chocolate. Have you ever heard of a chocolate tour? Well, let’s show you what it’s all about.

The tour starts at 201 E Broadway, the location of the Downtown Excelsior Partnership Visit Center (aka Hall of Waters).

You can find the full list of businesses participating as well as tour dates and tickets at this website here. Make sure to snag them up quick, they're disappearing like bonbons on a plate. If you miss it this year, there's always next year!
The tour features more than a few local businesses, including boutiques and restaurants along the trail.

It really makes it hard to resist bringing along extra pocket money. There's just so many cool paintings, decorations, and food to find here! Do you think it would be odd to bring a shopping cart? (Just kidding.)
Of course, the main star here is the chocolate. Multiple stops during the tour feature different flavors and arrangements of chocolate treats. Hot chocolate? Hand made candies? You've got me hook, line, and sinker!
