Uh Oh… Here Are The 15 Drunkest Counties In Missouri
Whether you are a drinker or not, it would be hard to ignore the existence of drinking as an activity that many people enjoy. Because this list deals with self-reporting heavy drinkers, it’s safe to say we are talking about people who drink and aren’t afraid to say so. So we set out to find out where in Missouri the heaviest amount of such drinking occurs.
Using data from County Health Rankings and Roadmaps we found 17 counties in Missouri in which 20% or more adults self-reported participating in either binge drinking or heavy drinking. To break the many ties, we consulted Find The Home to determine which of these counties had the most amount of bars per 10,000 residents. Here are the results:
