Missouri’s Cherry Blossom Festival Is The Most Beautiful Way To Celebrate Spring
Spring has sprung. And, we all know what that means. Our calendars are about to fill up, and quickly, with festivals, fairs, and other outdoor activities. Before your calendar gets too full, make room for the Missouri Cherry Blossom Festival, an annual tradition that promises plenty of excitement and the chance to drink in the breathtaking beauty of the blooming cherry blossoms.
Clear your calendars, Missouri! After all, you're not going to want to miss the 14th Annual Cherry Blossom Festival in Marshfield.
Of course, you'll want to take time to admire - and snap photos - of the cherry blossoms before checking out all the festival has to offer, including...
A Nostalgia Fest Autograph Show, starring cast members from Little House on the Prairie, and It's A Wonderful Life. Admission to the show, held at Marshfield Community Center, is free.
The autograph show will be held Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Or, attend the "Legends of Television and Screen" on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Marshfield Assembly of God. Celebrity guests include Connie Brazelton from ER and Ronnie Schell from Gomer Pyle.
And, join other Missourians for the Annual Missouri Walk of Fame Ceremony, set for 10:15 a.m. on Friday. This year's inductees include Daniel Boone, Rose Layne Wilder, and Ed Asner.
