Though Daniella was born in New York and has lived in a couple of other states, Mississippi has been her home for more than 30 years. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi, Daniella began to hone her writing skills through various internships. Candy stores may seem like a thing of the past but they do still exist, and Mississippi just so happens to be home an incredible one. Officially known as The Pecan House, the small town sweet shop has been in business for decades.
