Looks can be deceiving, and Vic’s is proof! The eatery is housed in a former fast-food building, but the grub served inside is far superior to anything you’d find in a fast-food restaurant. The quality isn’t the only thing that sets the food apart, though. There’s also the portions, which are rather large. Take a look:
Vic’s is located on Chantilly Street in Laurel. Just look for the giant cast iron skillet, which, by the way, lets you know you’re for a real treat.
The breakfast menu is just as impressive — and includes all the early morning classics, such as fried pork chops, sausage gravy, tomato gravy, and Vic's Jumbo Biscuits, of course.
In addition to a bountiful menu, there’s a buffet brimming with tasty options. The buffet spread is used to create blue plate specials, which are available Sunday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
