It’s the perfect place to stock up on all your favorite pastries and, perhaps, find a few new favorites. But it’s not just sweets you’ll find at the bakeshop. A bevy of breads are also part of the fresh-baked offering. Take a look:

One of Starkville’s newest additions, Proof opened in 2019.

Proof that good things come in small packages, it’s housed in a quaint little brick building on Main Street.

The artisan bakery whips up “bagels, croissants, breads, pastries, and delicious-ness.”

Even better, it’s all made daily, on-site, but you don’t have to take our word for it.

You can see for yourself since the kitchen is open and in complete view of patrons.

Whether you’re craving something sweet, savory, or somewhere in between, the smorgasbord of sweets and eats is sure to satisfy.

Fresh bread is one of the bakeshop’s best-sellers.

Available in a variety of flavors, shapes, and sizes, it's easy to see why the bread appeals to the masses.

Bagels, which come in tantalizing flavors, like French toast and apple gouda, are another customer favorite. (And again, it's easy to see why!)

The bakery’s specialties also include unique desserts and signature creations.

Though the menu includes a varied assortment, there’s a common thread among the fare – lots of flavor and no preservatives!
