2. Monroe’s Donuts and Bakery (6310 Medgar Evers Blvd., Jackson)
Since opening in 1995, Monroe’s has become a local favorite, and is now making a name for itself nationwide, as it was included in Grub Street’s ranking of the country’s most notable donut shops. The popular eatery now has five locations scattered throughout the Jackson metropolitan area, which means that grabbing a hot glazed donut or a delicious cinnamon roll is that much easier.
3. The Donut Shop (1268 Highway 51 N., Grenada)
Established in the 1950s, this local shop is the place to go in Grenada when craving some delicious donuts. Among the tasty variety, you’ll find The Donut Shop’s specialty – filled donuts. 7. TatoNut Donut Shop (114 Government St., Ocean Springs)
Home of "the only real donut," the TatoNut Donut Shop’s popularity has grown incredibly over the years, attracting both locals and tourists. In fact, it’s become so popular that a line going out the door and into the street is not uncommon. The one-of-a-kind donuts are made with potato flour using a secret family recipe and after just one bite, you’ll see what all the fuss is about.

In the business of donuts since 1988, the Scott family has definitely learned a thing or two over the years, one of which being the importance of serving handmade, "never frozen or pre-fab" donuts and pastries. The Richland Café has received a ton of rave reviews on websites like Yelp and Trip Advisor, and not just for their donuts but for their "can’t be beat" prices and great atmosphere as well.
9. Main Street Donut (8990 Hamilton Rd, Southaven)
This family-owned shop has been serving up its delicious donuts for years now, and according to customers, the fluffy, made-from-scratch donuts have only gotten better over time. Stop in, and you’ll find a tasty assortment that includes classics, like glazed and old-fashioned cake donuts, as well as more unique options, such as red velvet, devil’s food cake, and, a customer favorite, the maple frosted with bacon.
10. Grammy’s Donuts (308 US-90, Bay St. Louis)
Head to this small town donut shop, and you’ll find what many refer to as "the coast's most tasty donuts." A local favorite, Grammy’s tends to get pretty crowded and the donuts go fast, so plan your visit accordingly.
11. Donut Place II (15 Sunset Dr., Grenada)
This Grenada donut shop may not look like much on the outside but inside, you’ll find brag-worthy donuts that have been described using words like "fresh, soft, fluffy, and amazing." Be sure to get to the shop early; it’s not open all day like other donut shops. Also, stop by the ATM before your visit; Donut Place II accepts cash only.
