This eatery was originally opened in 1941 as a honky-tonk. Eventually, however, it was transformed into a full-time restaurant known for its award-winning steak. Today, there are several Doe’s restaurants in various states. Of course, there can only be one original and it’s right here in Greenville, Mississippi.
