As any southerner knows, cathead biscuits are known for their large size, and the cathead biscuits at Fill-Up with Billups don’t disappoint – they’re huge! Enjoy one on its own or…
…make it a meal by ordering the Hangover Part I, II, or III. All three dishes start off with a split cathead biscuit, which is then smothered with a tasty array of toppings that include everything from gravy to crawfish etouffee.
The grits, which are locally grown and ground on a grist mill from 1910, have been dubbed “the best in the world.” Just like the biscuits, the grits can be enjoyed alone or beefed up with a variety of toppings.
Handcrafted, they’re crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. Get them topped with your choice of fresh berries, house-made apple butter, or, for an extra sweet treat, whipped cream.
Though breakfast is the most popular meal of the day at Fill-Up with Billups, it’s not the only meal you can consume at the eatery. The menu also features several sandwiches as well as salads and pizza.
