Cocktail-Themed Popsicles From Pop Brothers In Mississippi Are The Perfect Summertime Treat

Though Daniella was born in New York and has lived in a couple of other states, Mississippi has been her home for the past 25 years. There’s no better way to chill out during the hot days of summer than an alcohol-infused popsicle from Pop Brothers! The Gulf Coast-based sweet shop has three locations, plus a food truck, so getting your hands (and lips) on one of its new cocktail-themed poptails couldn’t be easier.
Pop Brothers is an “artisan pop maker” that started off in Gulfport and now has locations in Ocean Springs and Bay St. Louis.
The food truck is a direct result of COVID. Rather than close down, like many other businesses during the pandemic, Pop Brothers purchased the truck and took its treats to the streets.
A recently-approved liquor license brought about another change at Pop Brothers – poptails, which are popsicles infused with liquor or specialty beer from local brewers.
