Wildwood Beach Resort is a vacation destination on the shores of Man Lake in Hackensack, Minnesota. It’s just south of Leech Lake, with Walker a short drive away.

The resort has several wonderful cabins that look out over the lake. The cabins sleep anywhere from 4 to 16 people depending on which one you choose.

Each cabin bedroom is equipped with a cozy bed and bed linens. Some cabins have a bunk room, great for those who come with children.

No matter which one you end up in, you’ll arrive to a clean, cozy cabin outfitted with everything you need. The main living space in each cabin looks out over the lake.

Each cabin has a kitchen that has everything you need to cook great meals. Full-sized appliances, pots and pans, and dinnerware are all included. All you need to do is bring the food!

You can enjoy your meals indoors, but you may want to head outside. The cabins each have a lovely patio with a picnic table where you can dine al fresco. There are also charcoal grills for guests to use if you prefer cooking outside as well. At night, use the fire ring to roast marshmallows.

Speaking of outside, there are plenty of other amenities to love at Wildwood Beach Resort. There’s a playground, a horseshoe area, and a grassy field great for throwing a ball or frisbee.

And for those who want to spend all their time near the water, a small sandy beach is sure to delight guests of all ages. There’s plenty of seating near the beach for adults to look after kids.

There’s a swim raft to jump off of in the center of the swimming area that is sure to delight. Guests are also welcome to use the paddleboards and kayaks to fully enjoy Man Lake.

And of course, you may also bring your own boat. Many enjoy fishing on this lake. If you don’t have a boat, Wildwood Beach Resort also offers fishing boat and pontoon rentals.
