Where are some must-visit places in Minnesota?

The #1 attraction in Minnesota just so happens to be one of the top attractions in the United States: The Mall of America is in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. It features more than 400 shops and stores and holds awesome events year-round. If you’re not up for walking around indoors, that’s fine – there's plenty to enjoy outdoors, too! What are some interesting, unique attractions in Minnesota to add to my bucket list?

Minnesota is home to plenty of offbeat and unusual attractions, just in case the usual touristy stuff just isn’t your thing. Some of our favorite odd things to do and see in Minnesota include the Lost 40, which is an incredible old-growth forest in the northern part of the state that has been entirely untouched by logging and deforesting. You should also make it a point to see the Devil’s Kettle, a bizarre geological wonder in which a breathtaking waterfall falls into a pond that goes... somewhere. We’re still working on figuring that one out. You can also visit one of the most remote parts of the country by traveling up to Northwest Angle.
