In fact, with a population of just four people, Emmaville is one of the tiniest towns in the entire state. But don’t let that stop you from visiting. Emmaville touts itself as “The Biggest Little Small Town In The World.” The town has everything you need in a town, all wrapped up in a delightful restaurant that serves up delicious food – and more.
