There’s An Incredible Meteor Shower Happening This Summer And Minnesota Has A Front Row Seat
Minnesota has a few large metro areas that boast hundreds of thousands – or even millions – of people. But there are still large sections of Minnesota that are far from the lights of the city. While they may not seem to have much to offer – especially after dark – there is one incredible event happening this summer that can only be viewed far from the city. The Perseids meteor shower is one of the best of the year, and Minnesota has a front row seat.

The Perseids Meteor Shower is the perfect opportunity to get outside this summer. Even better: it will happen during a weekend! The showers start on Saturday, August 11 and last until Monday, August 13. Have you ever seen them? Do you plan on watching for them this summer? Let us know in the comments below!
