Papa's Rooftop is a rooftop restaurant that is part of the Water Street Inn in Stillwater, Minnesota. Not only is this a wonderful place to eat when you visit Stillwater. It's also a wonderful place to spend the night!

The wide patio is a perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon. It offers plenty of seating for guests, along with umbrellas for when it gets a bit too sunny.
