12 Reasons No One In Their Right Mind Visits Minnesota In The Winter

The Land of 10,000 Lakes is beautiful – about three seasons out of the year, anyway. But what about the other season? With its frigid temperatures and constant snow, Minnesota is an uninhabitable tundra once winter rolls around. It’s so bad, in fact, that no sane person would ever visit, let alone live here. Why, you ask? Read on to discover the 12 reasons why no one in their right mind would visit Minnesota in the winter.

1. It's not pretty. At all. In fact, it's ugly.

2. People stay inside all winter long.

3. There is absolutely nothing to do and nowhere to go.

4. It's not just people who disappear; there's no sign of wildlife to speak of.

5. Everywhere closes in the winter, so there's nowhere to keep warm.

6. Winter driving is the worst, and there are no alternatives.

7. Fresh food is hard to come by.

8. People only talk about the weather. There's just nothing else to look forward to.

9. It's hard to stay active.

10. Everything is white and brown. The world is completely void of color.

11. The sun doesn't come out for months on end.

12. Winter goes on forever. It literally never ends.
