Here Is The Most Remote, Isolated Spot Close To Minneapolis And It’s Positively Breathtaking

Here in the Twin Cities, we are privy to some of the prettiest spots in Minnesota. From Minnehaha Falls to Fort Snelling, the Mississippi River to Theodore Wirth Regional Park, the Twin Cities are brimming with wonderful things to see and do. But one downside to each of those things? They’re so great that they attract huge crowds. Luckily, there are great places to go throughout Minneapolis – and the entirety of the Twin Cities – that are a little more quiet. Just across the river in St. Paul, one of the most isolated spots is also one of the most beautiful.

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures!
