Countless Celebrities Have Loved This Iconic Minnesota Diner For Years
In its (relatively) short history, Hi-Lo in Minneapolis has become a classic Minnesota diner that has attracted crowds of adoring fans, including all manner of luminaries and celebrities. Come find out what the draw is.
Hi-Lo Diner is a classic 1957 diner that was relocated from Pennsylvania and set up on East Lake Street in Minneapolis.
The diner is, perhaps, best know for its "Hi-Tops" - dishes built upon a house-made donut foundation. There's a regular rotation of them on the menu, like the "notorious p.i.g." - pulled pork, salsa, sour cream, and a sunny-side-up egg on a donut.
After a visit to Hi-Lo Diner, you’ll see just why so many celebrities eat there – and come back for more. To see the restaurant’s menu and hours, place an online order, or learn about its specials, visit Hi-Lo Diner’s website. Take some time before or after your meal for a stroll at nearby Fort Snelling State Park or the adjacent Minnehaha Falls Regional Park.
