Ice Palace Maze is a fun winter attraction in Stillwater, Minnesota. It’s found at the Zephyr Theatre, a fantastic performance center that puts on great events throughout the year.
The ice maze is made up of more than 800,000 pounds of ice that are made into more than 2,900 blocks! They have carefully stacked to create a fun ice maze that people of all ages will enjoy going through.
There are many twists and turns in the maze, with about 1/2 a mile of pathways all together. It is said to be the largest ice maze in the United States!
If you complete the maze, you’re in for yet another surprise. Guests can take a ride down the ice slide back to the entrance of the maze! We’re willing to be that both kids and adults will find this exhilarating. Be sure to dress warm so you can take part!
