Why You Definitely Should Not Be Dreading Winter In Minnesota

It’s cooling off and we’re all wondering when the real snow is going to hit. Yes, Minnesota winter is coming, and it’s time to get excited! Why, you may ask, should we be grinning from ear to ear at the impending snowstorms and below zero temperatures? Because there are so many wonderful things about MN winter, mostly how beautiful it is! Here are a few reminders for you to not dread MN winter!

1. The entire state changes colors and looks stunning blanketed in ice and snow. Even the water is more beautiful.

2. It's time for the holidays, and that means family and traditions that everyone loves.

3. It's also time for the best winter celebrations and attractions like the ice castles!

4. It's the perfect time to go on romantic getaways and take in the beautiful scenery.

5. We can continue to do the activities we love year-round.

6. Not to mention start the winter activities that are tons of fun. Who else can't wait to ski?

7. It's the perfect time to hang out in coffee shops and cuddle up inside.

8. Heavy snow is the best excuse to skip work and school and have fun outside.

9. And family games get that much better on the snow and ice.

10. We get to experience winter beauty unlike any other in the country.

11. Seriously, the beautiful views in Minnesota winter are unbeatable.

12. And nothing beats the excitement that the last part of winter brings when the ice cracks and we get to experience the other seasons all over again.
