Donkey Taqueria is located in the historic Wealthy Street Business District in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The patio is open year-round with outdoor seating in the summer and igloos in the winter.
The building used to be a 1920s service station and has been given a new life as a popular local eatery. You can still see the history of the space when the service station garage doors are opened in warm weather months.
The award-winning taqueria and tequila bar prides itself on serving authentic Mexican food with local and Mexican ingredients. The chips, tortillas, and guacamole are made in-house daily and only 100% blue agave tequila is served here.
