Belle Isle is one of Detroit's gems and is the perfect location to watch the sun set over the Detroit River and downtown Detroit. To catch the best views of the sun setting, sit along Sunset Drive on the island and you'll be blown away.
2. Kensington Metropark
Get the best views of the sun set over Kent Lake in Kensington Park in Milford. You can also watch the sun go down behind the tall trees near Martindale Beach and up at the parking area near the park's headquarters, where you'll be high enough to see all the park's beautiful landscape while the sun sets.
3. Lake St. Clair Metropark
