There are plenty of spots in Massachusetts to take a beautiful hike, but many are strenuous and time consuming. This short and sweet hike in Uxbridge is not only an easy hike to take any time of year, but it takes you over West Hill Dam. The dam project was constructed in 1960 to help flooding, and now has become a gorgeous spot for any hiker. Take a trip over the West River and then connect to other trails, if you wish, or simply relax above the water. There’s truly no better short dam hike in Massachusetts than the West Hill Dam trail.
