Where can I visit an animal refuge in Massachusetts?

If you want to interact with exotic animals, head to Bolton and visit the Animal Adventure Family Zoo & Rescue Center. All the animals here are rescued and are being rehabilitated. The owners of this private zoo have a mission of providing a home for unwanted animals and educating visitors, allowing them to interact with the animals as well. At the zoo, you will see a ring-tailed lemur, Australian emu, Carpathian lynx, and more! Located in Mendon, Maple Farm Sanctuary rescues animals that have been neglected and/or abused. You’ll find all sorts of farm animals here from chickens and turkeys to cows, goats, sheep, and pigs.

Where can I find some beautiful outdoor places in Massachusetts?

The Bay State has some incredibly beautiful outdoor spots, both natural and manmade, to spend some time and they can be found everywhere!. In the warmer months, take in a concert at the Boston Hatch Shell, the premier place for open-air events in the city. A visit here will also treat you to city and water views. Cape Cod also provides some of the most beautiful spots in the state. For the most scenic, visit any of the beaches along the Cape Cod National Seashore.

The Bay State has quite a diversity of wildlife, some of which you can view at a wildlife sanctuary while others can be viewed in your own backyard. Bats, black bears, squirrels, beavers, foxes, bobcats, coyotes, woodchucks, skunks, and turkeys are just a few wild animals you can find.
