Are you in the mood for an adventure? If you enjoy being out on the water (and who doesn’t?) consider taking the Quinebaug River Canoe Trail for a paddle adventure in Massachusetts. Just take a canoe or kayak and explore nature on this river trail.

The Quinebaug River Water Trail is a 5.5-mile National Recreation Trail that starts at Holland Pond (aka Lake Siog) and ends at the East Brimfield Lake boat ramp.

This flat-water trail is serene and ideal for paddling. It will also get you incredibly close to nature in a way you just can't if you're on land.

You'll find parking at Pond Ridge Road in Holland as well as at the East Brimfield Lake boat ramp along the Brimfield/Sturbridge line.

Launch your kayak or canoe and take in all the sights and sounds of nature along the water. This section of the river is part of the National Watchable Wildlife Program due to its preservation of wildlife habitats.
