The Murdock Whitney and Isaac Morse House Ghost Hunt is an overnight exploration of two of the most haunted spots in New England. Professional paranormal investigators will guide you as you hunt for ghosts with their specialized equipment.
You’ll be briefed on the history of the properties, which were built in 1775 and 1850, respectively. These Winchendon mansions are said to contain the spirits of their former owners, one of whom fathered 15 children within the home.
Everything from disembodied footsteps to haunting music emanating from the walls end even full-body apparitions have been reported at these locations. A ghostly woman is said to wander the property and become "extremely agitated" when people enter her bedroom, and objects have been seen to move by themselves.
Feeling brave? The most courageous guests will also have the chance to undergo a solo vigil in the dark on the third floor. Reportedly, even staff refuse to visit the third floor alone. Gulp.
During select events, a psychic will be on hand to attempt to communicate with the spirits. Overnight guests will also be able to take advantage of unlimited refreshments, including coffee, bottled water, and soda. Snacks will also be available.
