A Two-Day Nonstop Superhero Movie Marathon Is About To Kick Off In Massachusetts

Calling all superhero fans! An incredible two-day Marvel movie marathon is about to start in Massachusetts and you won’t want to miss it.

From Tuesday, April 23 to Thursday, April 25, Showcase Cinema de Lux in Revere will be showing 22 Marvel films in its XPlus auditorium.

The event kicks off at 11:30 a.m. on the 23rd with Iron Man and doesn’t stop until the evening of the 25th with a special early screening of Marvel Studio’s Avengers: Endgame.

The full marathon will take 58 hours. That’s right: you can sit in the movie theater for two and a half days soaking up all that superhero goodness if you so choose.

In addition to the films, the theater will be offering meal breaks and shower stations to keep attendees fed and clean. You’ll also save 22 percent on all concessions, including hot dogs, pizza, ice cream, and coffee. Plus, Monster Energy will be giving away samples and allowing guests to charge their phones in the lobby.
