For A Family Outing, Hopkinton State Park In Massachusetts Has A Little Bit Of Everything
While there are plenty of state parks in the Bay State to explore true Massachusetts nature, not all of them are family-friendly. Hiding in Hopkinton is an underrated state park named after the same town, and it’s perfect for everyone of all ages. No matter what time of year you’re looking for a nature outing with the family, Hopkinton State Park has something for everyone. With 1,500-acres to explore, tons of hiking trails, and a reservoir to jump in when the weather is right, this is a great place for an outing any day of the week.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
Start the day with a picnic before hiking through the forest, relaxing beside the water, and sticking your feet in the sand for the most relaxing nature excursion.
