The city of Quincy, Massachusetts is filled with unique places to dine. We have already told you about the gorgeous views at Bay Point Waterfront Restaurant and the fantastic comfort food at McKay’s Breakfast and Lunch. We have even mentioned the country’s very first Dunkin Donuts, which also happens to be located in Quincy. However, if you are looking for a place to have some delicious American cuisine and yummy craft cocktails, you should definitely try out the Liberty Tavern.

Liberty Tavern is a relatively new fixture on the Quincy restaurant scene. The restaurant serves upscale American dishes and delicious drinks.

The Liberty is open daily, but only during dinner hours Monday-Thursday. The restaurant has extended hours on Fridays and is open for brunch on the weekends.

The restaurant is well-known for its wood-fired pizzas, which are made with delicious cheeses, a special sauce, and fresh meats and veggies.

Regular choices include the Hancock Hawaiian, Truffalo Chicken, and Pesto. Specialty pies like Mac and Cheese pizza and Short Rib pizza are often featured.
If you are in the Quincy area on the weekend, I suggest that you stop at Liberty Tavern for brunch. The menu is amazing!

Starters include items like breakfast poutine, avocado toast, and doughnut holes. Then it is on to one of the Liberty’s delicious entrees, which include cookies and cream french toast and sweet potato pulled pork hash.

The restaurant also has a special brunch cocktail menu. The Bloody Marys pair well with any of the brunch items.
And speaking of Liberty's cocktails, they are so irresistible!

One of my favorite things about the restaurant is the fact that it gives back to the community. Each month, the bartenders create a signature charity cocktail and donate part of the proceeds from sales of the drink to a different cause.
