13 Things You’ve Grown To Undeniably Hate If You’re From Maryland
There’s so much to love about the Old Line State, but no state is without its annoyances. Take a look at the below list and see if you’re also annoyed by the following 13 items…
1. Bad crab cakes
Serve a Marylander a funky crab cake, and you're gonna have a bad time.
We know construction is necessary but sometimes it seems never ending.
It's best to leave a bit early, just in case.
4. Slow drivers
Marylanders are known to be aggressive drivers and someone slowing them down will get under their skin.
It's just a part of living in Maryland.
6. Waiting for winter to end
We are more than happy to hang up our shovels come spring.
When winter finally does end, we have to deal with this sneeze-inducing mess.
Lyme disease rates are highest on the east coast, including Maryland. Be careful out there.
9. And cicadas
They're completely harmless but a bit unnerving in numbers.
10. When crabs aren't seasoned enough
Give me seasoning or give me death!

Happens nearly every time. Ouch.
12. Out-of-staters who assume Maryland only has Baltimore.
