This winter has been surprisingly mild with temperatures flip-flopping from 55 degrees one day, to 30 degrees the next. While some Marylanders are glad that snow has stayed away, others long for the powdery white stuff. Whether you crave snow or not, sometimes we can’t help but reflect back on blizzards from long ago.
