This Unique Restaurant In Maine Will Give You An Unforgettable Dining Experience
Maine’s culinary scene continues to get a ton of attention – both locally and nationally. But, we can’t help wondering why we don’t talk more about the smaller spots that have been around for decades. Some of them are truly unique, making them un-replicable by the newer guys. Today we’re telling you about one of our favorites – Crosby’s Drive-In, located in Bucksport, Maine.

The iconic Bucksport restaurant was founded in 1938 by Elton ‘Fat’ Crosby and his wife Margaret. Throughout all these years there have been just three different owners. Today it is owned and operated by Tom and Jen Pappas, who inherited Crosby's from their relatives Tom and Helen Christakos in 1980.
Together each of these families have created a special summer tradition for those living in Bucksport, the surrounding areas and visitors.
