You’ll Want To Add The Oldest Apple Orchard In Maine To Your Fall Bucket List

Despite the fact that we’re experiencing some warmer temps this week, there’s no denying that fall is on the way. The mornings and evenings are chillier and leaves are even beginning to turn in some areas. But, more important than anything else, apples are on the trees ready to be picked! You might want to wait until sweater weather to visit orchards, but if you do that you’ll miss the best crops. So, get there now. And, at this special place, you’ll even get a nice does of Maine history.

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here:

Brackett’s Orchard is located at 224 Sokokis Avenue in Limington. Give them a call on (207) 730-9169. Check them out online by clicking here.
