The Mysterious Maine Road You Absolutely Must Drive At Least Once
Maine has plenty of ghost stories. With all these lighthouses and history, what ghost wouldn’t want to make their home in Vacationland? While many of the stories have been embellished over years of telling, there’s one that seems to find its way into modern conversation and still feel real, creepy and plausible. The area surrounding the road is known as Black’s Woods and Tunk Lake is just nearby.

You don't know it yet, but she's recently been in a car accident. All she tells you is that she needs to get to Bar Harbor.

And it's a good thing. Because as the legend goes, turning Catherine away means bad fortune.
