With 17,000 Square Feet, Maine’s Largest Ice Skating Rink Offers Plenty Of Space For Everyone

Maine was made for winter enthusiasts! There are so many ways to enjoy the season that we sometimes wonder why summer is so busy. A lot of people make their way north for skiing, but we think there are some even better options for enjoying the colder temperatures. One option is outdoor ice skating and no one offers more space than the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center!

During these uncertain times, please keep safety in mind and consider adding destinations to your bucket list to visit at a later date.

The Sugarloaf Outdoor Center Ice Skating Rink is open Sunday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The rink is typically open for skating in mid-December and remains open through most of March. Of course, this depends on the weather so always check with them first. You can learn more on their website, by following them on Facebook or by calling them at (207) 237-6830.
