There’s a good reason for it! Mainers have just about perfected the art of great beer. But, more than that we’ve truly made it ours. Each brewery seems to have a unique Maine flair and that includes this spot run by the Franciscan Brothers of St. Elizabeth of Hungary in Bucksport.

The Friars, Brothers Don and Ken, once owned the popular bake shop in town. But after closing they turns their attention to making their famous Belgian-style beer available to the public.
