The Fore River Sanctuary White Trail is just over 3 miles and includes a relatively flat and well-maintained surface. Markers are easy to find, making this a stress-free journey.
It's fun to see the waterfall and explore the rocks at the base. Once you've had enough time here, simply continue along the loop to make your way back to the trailhead.
This is a beautiful way to escape into nature in Portland and the river views coupled with the waterfall make for a lovely day out.
