The only thing better than pulling over to a fresh farm stand on a warm, sunny day in Maine is stopping at one to load up on comforting fall produce. It’s still summertime to we’re relishing those cherries, peaches and nectarines. But soon enough we’ll be craving the comforts of things like squash and apple pie.
