If you’re making a sandwich without cheese, can it really be considered a sandwich? And, what about pasta? Are you short-changing yourself when you leave off the creamy, cheesy goodness? There’s little doubt that cheese is what makes meals worth enjoying and this farm in Maine understands that even more than we do. When people think of Maine, many think of lobster, maple syrup and blueberries, but we’re here to remind you that we do cheese pretty darn well, too!
Appleton Creamery is a small farm in (you guessed it!) Appleton, Maine.
