This Easy Hike In Maine Will Lead You Someplace Unforgettable
When many people hear about hikes in Maine, images of the Appalachian Trail and summiting Katahdin come to mind. While we certainly have our fair share of toughies, there are many that are both accessible and gorgeous. One of our favorites is this one, located near some of the most popular lighthouses in America!
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

The park opened in 1961, and today includes 41-acres of the beautiful, rocky headlands that Maine's coast is known for.

Once you arrive, the parking area will be well marked. Park in the lot and begin your walk down to the beach.

The entire journey is really just a few feet, but taking extra care will make it feel longer.
