For Just $70 A Night, You Can Stay In A Bent-Maple Polehouse In A Seven-Acre Forest In Maine
Do you ever wish that you could leave behind modern civilization and go back in time? While you can’t actually turn back the clock, you can book a stay at Coyote’s Den – a little bent-maple polehouse that’s completely off the grid in Tremont. Check out this little oasis in the forest!
Get away from it all when you book a stay at this cute little abode in the woods known as "Coyote's Den."
Situated on seven acres of land, this place is an off-grid oasis where you can relax and recharge, far from the hustle and bustle of your stressful daily life.
The home was built using bent maple poles, like an Iroquois dwelling. It's snug and warm, even during winter months. The wood-burning stove keeps the space cozy, and even though it's off-grid, you really have everything you need here.
There's always something going on at The Howling Woods Farm. The owners are also onsite, and they have many animals who keep things interesting. You're welcome to bring your own dog, too!
In addition to dogs and emus, chickens and other fowl live here, as well as a miniature horse and some goats. Take a stroll around the farm to meet all the creatures, then find a quiet place in the natural surroundings to relax.
