Sure, the snow is still coming down and winter is officially here but every few days it seems we get a taste for what warmer days are like. And, for good reason! Spring is truly just around the corner. The promise of warmer weather and sunny days has us planning our summer weekends in advance and at least a few of them are going to include this beach bar.
Old Orchard Beach might be the Jersey Shore of Maine, but we just can't help but love it here.
In the summer, there's nothing like spending time on the beach but what we especially love is the idea of sitting back with a cold drink and fun food while listening to the sound of the waves.
The Swick has two full bars, with lots of places to sit, along with a section for dining under a canopy...just in case the weather in Maine isn't perfect. Don't forget to order from the pub fare menu!
Stick around throughout the day and into the night to enjoy all of this plus that beautiful Maine sea breeze. Just be sure to bring a sweater - even in July!
