When you live in Maine, there are a few rules you must follow. Most of them are things you’ve probably been adhering to since childhood. But if you need a bit of a refresher, read through these and see how many you actually live by. They may be unwritten, but they’re as good as law!

1. Love Maine. Period

6. Don't throw it away...ever.

7. Find your friends and hold them tight.

10. No matter what, steer clear of any car with a Mass plate.
