9 Reasons No One In Their Right Mind Visits Louisiana In The Winter
Love it or hate it, winter is inescapable. Now, Louisiana is beautiful year-round, except for the winter. No one in their right mind visits Louisiana in the winter because, well, there’s just nothing to see. It’s pretty common knowledge to just skip over the Bayou State in the winter, and here’s why:

A bowl of gumbo on a cold day? No thank you.

Nothing to see here, move along.

You’ll be indoors all season long.

Might as well just stay inside.

Small towns and big cities just close up shop for the winter.

Winter in the Atchafalaya? Pass.

Wake me up when it’s spring.
Hopefully, by now you’ve caught on to the sarcasm. Obviously, we love Louisiana all year long, especially in the wintertime! We’ll take our mind temperatures over shoveling snow all day long.
