Everyone knows that when it comes to sandwiches in Louisiana, the po-boy dominates. So we’re going to reserve a special list just for po-boys in our state. This time, we focused just on sandwiches beyond a po-boy. Unsurprisingly, pork dominates. Below are the best places to get a sandwich–and the signature sandwich–of restaurants throughout Louisiana. Warning–this could make you VERY hungry!
