And if you want to sit down to a heavenly crawfish boil, look no further than Hawk’s Crawfish outside of Rayne, LA. Of course, you’ll have to do some driving. When the road the restaurant is on is named after the restaurant, you know you’re at a remote restaurant in Louisiana…a million miles away from it all.
This Louisiana institution can be a little difficult to find, however.
Who knows why it's so out there—but I do think it puts them in the perfect spot to get fresh crawfish.
They truly have the world's best boiled crawfish.
I just can't wait for Crawfish season to start again.
