There are some things that are just specific to living in New Orleans. We’re so lucky that we get to live in such a unique city with so much history and culture, that we maybe take it for granted. The following are 9 things that only true New Orleanians will admit to. How many are you guilty of?
It’s not uncommon to have one particular waiter at restaurants like Galatoire’s, Antoine’s, Arnaud’s, or Commander’s Palace. Generations of families have dined at these establishments being served by the same waiter for years.
And you didn’t even spill your drink in the process.
And liked it.
So sad that you can't do this in other states.

It’s a celebration of life, and second lines are a part of New Orleans tradition.
Or, if you aren’t married yet, you plan on having one.
