Places like Parkway Tavern, Tracey’s, and R & O’s have developed a cult following, but there’s one place over in Metairie that’s worth a road trip, and that’s Parran’s Po’boys. They’ve two other locations, so if you can’t make it to the original in Metairie, you can always swing by the one in Kenner or their newest location in Uptown New Orleans. Let’s check it out.
