Tucked away in the depths of the French Quarter, Maison Soule has been around since 2011.

The building dates back to the 1830s and has worn several different hats over the years including a private residence, an orphanage, a late-night watering hole, and a piano bar to name a few. Named after the original order, Pierre Soule, Maison Soule is one of those places where you just feel like you’re home from the moment you walk in. Each room has an elegance and a beauty to it that’s unparalleled in the city.

Breakfast items include both sweet and savory options like quiche, French toast, waffles, and light and fluffy omelets like the Crawfish omelet pictured above.

In addition to some savory crepes like their signature duck crepe or seafood crepe.

On a cold day, this historic little fireplace makes the entire meal.

They’re bread pudding is a local favorite, but you’ll also have options like beignets and an assortment of delicate crepes to choose from.
